Quick Answer
The Jet Set Radio Beat and Gum Graffiti Mug is a bold, collectible mug that's perfect for daily coffee or tea, as long as you hand-wash it and avoid the microwave.
Why the Design Stands Out
The mug features classic iconography and original character line art of Beat and Gum, capturing the rebellious, street-style energy of Jet Set Radio. The white ceramic surface makes the graffiti-style graphics pop, turning your morning coffee into a statement.
Whether you're a longtime fan or new to the series, this mug brings a piece of the game's vibrant aesthetic to your kitchen or office desk.
Daily Use Considerations
While the mug is designed for everyday use, the printed graphics are best preserved with gentle handling. Hand-washing is recommended to keep the colors vivid, and avoiding the microwave prevents any risk of damaging the print or the mug itself.
The mug's size is standard for a coffee mug, making it suitable for your usual morning brew or an afternoon tea.
How to Use and Care for Your Mug
- Wash before first use: Hand-wash the mug with mild dish soap and warm water before the first use. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive scrubbers that could scratch the print.
- Use for hot or cold drinks: Fill with your favorite coffee, tea, or cold beverage. The ceramic material is suitable for both, but always check the temperature with your hand before sipping. Do not microwave the mug, as it may damage the print or cause the mug to become too hot to handle.
- Clean after each use: Rinse the mug immediately after finishing your drink to prevent stains. For stubborn residue, soak in warm soapy water for a few minutes, then gently scrub with a soft sponge. Never use bleach or harsh chemicals, as they can fade the colorful graffiti design.
